Opened in 2013, we are a Martial Arts and Fitness Academy hosting an exciting range of classes for all ages and abilities including BJJ, Muay Thai, MMA, Kickboxing, Strength and Conditioning, Yoga for BJJ, Gymnastics, Women's Only and kids classes. We also have a Strength and Conditioning area, a Sauna, Personal Training, Sports Massage, Private and Small Group sessions and Mat Hire available.
We offer plenty of membership options to suit your needs, including discounted deals for families, Armed Forces, Emergency Services and Full-Time Students. Plus we have a few Pay As You Go Options - just ask for more details.
We're located near the city centre, close to Southampton FC's St Mary's stadium at 72-94 Millbank St, Southampton, SO14 5QN
